Try one at a time, or make a combination:
You can take them a few hours before bed time and repeat when you go to bed.
Also eat oats, lettuce, onion and garlic for dinner.
Drink Sleepy Time tea and look for herbal formulas in a health food store.

The only way I can get to sleep is with benadryl or ambien. Nothing else works. I've tried relaxation and/or sleep cd's, meditation, Reiki, melatonin with GABA, LTryptophen, Vitamin D3, calcium & magnesium. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions? Thank you.
