[AlternativeAnswers] Fruit Pectin for Detox

 

I want to share a short paragraph that I ran across regarding fruit pectin for
detox.

Susan Laverie writes:

"Fruit pectin is effective for removing contaminants from the body such as heavy
metals and unwanted drug residue. When these substances deposit in the body's

from heavy metals and contaminants optimizes health and allows the body to

One highly effective fruit is the apple which contains a lot of pectin. That is
why I always choose to drink 100% organic apple juice during the hot summer
months.
