I get great results with Melatonin. And, this hormone, which is naturally produced by the body in our youth, boasts a lot of other great health benefits.
Also, take your calcium/magnesium before bed.

The only way I can get to sleep is with benadryl or ambien. Nothing else works. I've tried relaxation and/or sleep cd's, meditation, Reiki, melatonin with GABA, LTryptophen, Vitamin D3, calcium & magnesium. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
