From what i understand of Adrenal Exhaustion / Fatigue (something i am
working very hard to recover from) it seems that change in lifestyle is
crucial in regaining strength. Supplements and good nutrition is important
but if the stressful lifestyle is still there then the supplements wont do
much. (i might be wrong, but its just from what i have learned)
