If you've ruled out stress, noises, lights and other nonorganic factors, try vitamin B - super complex. Take one a day for three days and see how you feel. Omega-3 fatty acids also figure into insomnia. Of course, so does calcium and magnesium and you already tried them (I'm assuming for a number of days). If a malabsorption issue like celiac disease is your problem, taking vitamins and minerals may not produce an effect as they won't be absorbed.
