Buy a rebounder. You'll not only improve your circulation, you'll get MANY other health benefits.
Just make sure you buy a high-quality model. Cheapies, from say Wal-mart, will do nothing but hurt your back, knees, and joints (sometimes without you realizing it). Their frames are made from aluminum too so they very well could (and do) break when you're bouncing on them.
You'll look to spend at least $200 for a good model - steel frame, permatron mat, long-lasting springs. High-quality units will last you a VERY long time though, so they're worth every penny.
