If I were you.....
I'd take on a SERIOUS diet consisting of 80% raw foods. You not only will
clear your veins, but you
will get all the nutrition you need, PLUS lose some weight. I would cut
waaaay back on MEAT...and
the only cooked food I would eat would be BAKED SWEET POTATO.
Your BP will also resume normalsy with this 80% raw diet.
Try it. What have you got to lose.
