For back pain and bulging disc you should look into Prolotherapy. www.prolotherapy.org

I have seen many "miracles" -- some Doc's use needles -- some use lasers -- some use both and it works beautifully.

The doc I recommend in Harold D Steinberg, MD out of Long Island, NY. www.hdsmd.com

If you're not near NY I am sure he can provide you with a good recommendation.
