Curious to know of the cravings of "buildings, and chairs", are made of primarily metal? I would seek an Iron Source?..
My suggestion of on lacking minerals is to Get yourself a book Called Nourishing Traditions and read the whole chapter on Salt,

And then stock up on the un bleached kind.of Salt.
Too much bad press on bleached salt, making people stray away from salt altogether is causing some mineral deficiencies.
And, odd cravings.
There are many great salts easy to find, in bulk, from Hawai to Andes Mountains..If the salt has color to it,,Cecltic another good one, pretty safe to presume it has not been bleached..Taking out all the good minerals,,that our bodies crave and need.

I'm a big fan of Raw Milk, where enzymes have not been burnt out by pasteurizing. Pasteurization came about before the days of milking machines,,and lobbyist won out over the sanitation theory..

Found what their feed source of nutrition is, will make the difference in a fatty belly, or a well nourished machine..:}.

And ofcourse, Iron..? in vegetables,,Remember Poy Pye...*cant remember how to spell his name,,but know Spinach,,is the source.
Food for memory?????

Blessings for being such a good Mother,,and paying attention...

I know my daughter is lacking a mineral and she used to take phosporus (spelling?) which was through her naturopathy doctor. But we've changed her supplements and no longer see the doctor. She is acting weird wanting to eat strange things like solid things, buildings, chairs etc. Not dirt or soap and stuff like that. So I looked up pica and it said that you are lacking a mineral. Any help would be great. Thanks
