hi,i am senthil from india 43years male.i am suffering of insomnia for the last two years,and i went to alopathy and they try to give me some anti depressions and sleeping pills.slowly the dosages growing up and i dont get propper sleep.i am diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and hyper tension also.if there is any alternatives(now i am taking of alchocol daily up to 60 ml per day to get some sleep,it also not do good much).i am doing exercise 2 hours in the morning including the walk.any solutions for that?pls help.
