[AlternativeAnswers] Re: water left in nose after using neti pot

 

(came across this old message when cleaning out emails...)

It took me a little while to go back over the directions, and then I started bending over and hanging upside down, turning the head from one side to the other (pointing that arm toward ceiling helps). No more dripping -- or gushing, as happened to me once!
