Hi there, I am new to this site so dont now if anyone can help me but I am desperate for advice.
For 20 years (after taking a hayfever medication which is now banned) my partner was suffering from the occasional palpitations. His GP was not worried about this and he didnt seem to care either.
Yet 3 ish weeks ago he collapsed in the night and was taken to a and e. Atrial Fibrilation is what they diagnosed him with. He now takes a medication to slow his heart down and warferin! RAT POISON! I hate this with a passion. As a former nurse I have no faith in western medicine!
I have been feeding him garlic and this has helped as his warferin is now 5mg not 7.5! But I want him off it altogether!
If he stops having palpitations that could be an option, but what can help with this?
His heart is structurally sound, THANK GOD.
And what will help lower the dose of warferin?
I am so worried. I have known him for years but been with him a little over 1 year. I cant loose him. Not only that my son who is 11 has had his father walk in and out of his life that for my partner to leave too would destroy him. I am sorry for sounding emotional but I love my partner sooo much and would do anything to make him happy/healthy.
Any advice would be much appreciated, from food to herbal, chinese, crystals anything. Though I dont think the last one of those would go down well with him as he is a Rev!
Thank you in advance
Becky Jane
