Try ping wei san. Or ping wei wan, which is the teapill form.
Get some patchouli essential oil. Put it on the following acupuncture
points, pericardium 6, large intestine 4, Ren 12, 17, stomach 25, 36,
liver 3. Ren 4,6 too. Google for the locations of the points.
If there's burning or heat you could try peppermint and add stomach 44.
