Niacin intake is associated with itchy skin and flushing that is similar to what women experience during menopause. Nevertheless, niacin is still safer to use than statin drugs, which are associated with a number of harmful side effects. But aside from the flushing and itchiness, there is another catch: you will need to devour about 200 chicken breasts a day to get the 1500 mg dose of niacin that the volunteers in the study received.

Niacin by itself is not enough to power a male enhancement supplement.
