Broad beans or otherwise known as Fava beans and also called by various
names such as bell beans, faba beans, etc and belongs the family group

Vitamin K, betaine, choline, folate, Vitamin B6, pantothenic acid,
Riboflavin, Niacin, thiamin, Vitamin B12, retinol, beta carotene, Omega
6 and Omega 3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, and minerals namely,
phosphorous, Sodium, Copper, Selenium, iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc
and potassium, all contribute to promote good health and prevents
various ailments.

Broad beans nutritional benefits and health benefits are; L – Dopa
or dopamine an amino acid found in broad beans improves neurons
function and as such it boosts the health of brain. As it is very low
in cholesterol and provides fewer calories, it is considered as one of
the best available vegetable for hypertension and diabetic patients.
Due to the presence of high content of dietary fiber, Broad beans or
Fava beans improves metabolism and digestion, regulates bowel movement
and as such prevents constipation. The Calcium and Phosphorous found
