My late husband was promised health care for life for him and his
dependents if he would serve for twenty years in the military, which he
did. Of course, the government broke that promise. Now they make
military families pay for Tri-Care. I never go to doctors so I refuse
to pay for Medicare Part B. So the government has cut me off from
Tri-Care as well.
You just have to look at the long list of broken promises made to the
American Indians and see that you cannot depend on what government
promises you.
