One thing you should do immediately is look at your diet. Alot of inflammation occurs from what we are putting in our body. There is an awesome diet called the zone diet which teaches you which foods to avoid and which foods to nourish your body with. The theme of this diet is non inflammatory foods which center around a ton of vegetables and i love it! I would also recommend seeing a neurmuscular massage therapist. They work wonders! Also exercise is important. Swimming is a great one for arthritis. But it is vital to keep moving with arthritis because if you don't your muscles, tissues, tendons and more tend to atrophy over time. So join the gym and get a trainer. A trainer is important because you don't want to do injure yourself doing an exercise that a trainer might not have you do because of your condition. Learn Qigong which is all about moving energy through your body. Go see an energy worker that specializes in Reiki, ARCH (Ancient Rainbow Conscious Healing), SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), or any host of alternative therapies out there that you feel you resonate with. Also tske a look at using herbs and essential oils. I recommend using Young Living Essential oils. Another thing you might eant to do us take a look at working with crystals if you feel so inclined. Crystsls and gemstones when used properly have some amazing healing effects. Also how much water do you drink? Drink alot and i don't mesn that Aquafina crap or any version of it. The best thing to do is go to a nstural dpring and get the water from there. I drive an hour every Sunday to get mine and bring glass half gallon containers to fill up. Never drink water out of plastic or metal containers. After i get the water i say words like love, joy, light, healing, gratitude, and prosperity to the water. It changes the vibration of the water for the better. Then drink it. Read Dr. Emoto's books on water.
Aloha,
Rob
