Raw organic apple cider vinegar is known to help regulate blood sugar levels and help in re-sensitizing the tissue to it's own insuline and to medication if being used. Usual dosage is 3 teaspoons in an 8 oz. glass of water or fluid. it can be taken twice a day. This can even help Type I Diabetes.
