Cranberry capsules will keep the bacteria from not collecting and helps a lot with this problem. Sugar feeds the bacteria, if you crave sugar, add chromium as that will help keep your blood sugar levels in balance. Cranberry juice has a ton of sugar in it so that is not always the best choice.
