[AlternativeAnswers] Re: Probiotics

 

I've found that it is often difficult to find the "right" combination for
each individual. What works for me (after years of experimenting) is start
with 5-10 capsules with a meal, and wait 2 days to see if it causes cramps
or gas pains (from kill-off of the yeast/fungus). If not, then I do 20
capsules of 8 billion minimum Acidophilous EVERY OTHER day for a total of 5
times.

At the end of that, my stool should be light in color, and with very
little smell. After that period, I monitor my body odor and breath odor.
If any present, I repeat with only 20 capsules with a meal. That occurs
with me about every 60 days. I find that even in Florida heat and sweat, I
have no body odor(s) using that regimen. Others may have to modify that,
particularly until they get a good balance in the gut.
