[AlternativeAnswers] Re: different brands of milk of magnesia ??

In my limited research, it appears that at least the most easily available "magnesium chloride" is all the same -- concentrated water from the Great Salt Lake, or maybe sea water or ancient sea bed silt or something like that... Magnesium is the first mineral listed.

I already have a bottle of ConcenTrace; have been drinking as much of that as I can stand in my purified water, and have hardly had any asthma symptoms at all. Who knows if that's what it is.

Magnesium oxide might not be absorbed very well, but my body absorbs it well enough to stave off the asthma, so that's good enough for me, at least in these sort-of-emergency conditions.

Every time magnesium chloride has come up, all I remember seeing is people singing the praises of this or that expensive Brand Name. I'm not a brand-name kind of person, and I will not buy any MLM stuff.
