[AlternativeAnswers] Re: too much of a good thing - goitrogenous foods


You just draw a 2x2 inch square with the iodine, and then fill it in with the iodine. Just like drawing on yourself with a marker. If it disappears quickly, you need more. If it stays for 24 hrs, you are good.
