must have quiet corner of your room in silent no phone calls, chatting or outside interference since we all will be connected telepatically on the grid..
where comfortable clothing prefer white or light colors no dark colors please.
Please dim the lights.
is OK if you go to sleep no worries you may lie down at any time during meditation.
at the end we all should lay down for 5 or 10 minutes for blood get to the brain again.
