Check your vitamin D levels - there is strong correlation between low vitamin D levels and Crohn's disease. And vitamin D deficiency has become a huge epidemic - especially in the United States.
You don't even need to go to the doctor to have your levels checked. The test costs about $65.00 and supplementing with vitamin D is very inexpensive. Just make sure you use vitamin D3 instead of the more expensive and less effective patented drug vitamin D2.
