[AlternativeAnswers] Re: Chasteberry Vitex???(female questions)

Deb

Is this safe to take long term? I only have the capsules right now(400mg) taking twice a day, and I don't know. I have only been on them 5 days, and my cyle is not has heavy, nor do I have horrible cramps. They say it usually takes a few cycles for it to kick in.

Not sure where I can get a tincture, but I am hoping the capsules are just as good?

Thanks
Cindy
