I am reaching out to this community to see if anyone ahs any suggestions for weight loss. I have gained 30 lbs suddenly and am eating light.. i think its deeper than just diet..
anyone know of any alternative therapies. I have tried all the "quick fixes" and pills on the market.. i exercise /walk often..
