use a campour  based cream- if u cant  wear it  during the day- do it at night and wear cotton gloves at night so u dont rub your eyes- vit c  helps- there are some other remedies which i cant recall off hand - but the virus lives in the end of your  nerve cells - when stress or hormonal  u can have  a break out - - if u  have broken blisters - it can spread to other parts of your body=-  keep  clean - use paper towels to dry hands when possible and never share a towel- allways use a clean towel each bathtime  when u have  blisters or u could spread it to the genitles - and eye erea causing a bigger  problem.

I am unsure what supplements to suggest. I'm new on here too. If there is a supplement to take to reduce cold sores (HVS-1, HVS-2) then I would think that supplement would work for your hands as well. Perhaps someone else on here could suggest something.
