I suspect that you have something other than traditional cold sores since
they are defined as blisters that occur with the mouth and lips. Perhaps you
have a type of eczema instead as many people suffer from this skin
condition. I sometimes get blisters on my hands as well for no particular
reason (stress perhaps?) and I have found that an over the counter
hydrocortisone cream really does help if I remember to use it regularly.
Perhaps your homeopathic store or a reliable website can recommend something
more natural that has the same effect as hydrocortisone. Here is an
