Have you tried iosol iodine with your supplements? I have a thyroid problem and even though my meds are supposedly adjusted to where they were supposed to be, I kept gaining weight. I read an article that iosol iodine might help sustain a bad thyroid so I decided to get some. Then my weight gain stopped and I leveled off. I read more and found that some people Iosol Iodine can help prevent or help people lose weight.
So, if there is any thyroid issue or metabolism problem related to iodine deficiency, this might work. I also have polycystic ovarian syndrom which means that I have metabolism problems associated with hormones.
