I come from New-Zealand and I use manuka hony with good results. I have also been using Vitamin C for years with excellent results.I read an interesting study of people with High blood pressure and the use of Vit C. It was dicovered that those people with high blood pressure who took Vit C daily never had a stroke.( Vit C strengthens the cell walls)
