This is easy to treat with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
For a do-it-yourself approach:
Get peppermint essential oil. Any cold or cooling oil will do, but
peppermint is the best. Put it on the following points. Google them to
find the locations.
Pericardium 6, Large Intestine 4 and 11. San Jaio 5. Ren 17 and 12.
Stomach 25, 36 and 44. Especially Stomach 44. Gall Bladder 34. Liver
3 if there are emotional issues.
Avoid greasy, spicy, phlegmy foods.
