For dry eyes here is a remedy which benefitted me a lot.
With the eye lids closed gently rince with water , temprature of water should be a bit lower than room temprature.
At the same time you are rincing eyes , hold some of the water in the mouth, this helps maintain balance between eyes and the area sorrounding the eyes . The water in your mouth will quickly warmup. when it does, spit out and taake a fresh mouthful.
The optimum is to continue rensing the eyes until you have taken 10 mouthfuls of water,it takes less than 10 minutes.
You can do it daily., or when ever you feel your eyes dry.
Also eat lots of green veggies, sweet juicey fruits, drink lots of water.
Exercise: close your eyes ,place your fingers on them, gently caress the eyelids as you move fingers across the lids in and out direction. Do this 1 to 2 mins. before getting out of the bed in the morning.
