As far as we know presently, lowering the SMR brain wave actually "cures"
allergies, and the allergy stress from them. This is why Neurofeedback
(NFB - AKA EEG Biofeedback) has been so successful for about 50 years. (

The problem is that neurofeedback is so expensive only the wealthy can
afford it. So, surprisingly, not many of the NFB clinics and operators
even are aware of this fact. They tend to solve the immediate problem, and
quit, because of the expense, and few of them continue on themselves.
In 2004, I first thought of trying to use subliminal training to raise this
SMR wave, and I tested that initial CD on over 20 people, and the results
proved that it could work as well as NFB, and without that expensive
equipment and "doctor time", It can also be low cost enough for mid and low
income families to afford.
Over the intervening years, it has been improved in several ways, but all
three of the current NT CD's do this allergy removal. Times of this "cure"
vary with the individual, In cases of ADD/ADHD, it takes about 60 days
(played all night every night). For gluten and other food allergies, it
may take longer, but it is individual to each person. (It seems that the
unconscious mind has its own priorities and they may not be the same as
ours. One woman in the original 2009 volunteer 8 week test didn't lose a
pound, but lost so many other symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety and
depression she didn't return the CD. In the fourth month, she finally
started to lose weight.)
However, it does work so well that for the past 3 years, I have been able
to guarantee "satisfaction, or return for refund. In that time, over 400
ADD-Autism CD's have gone out, and only 4 have come back for a refund.
None of the newer Weight Control/SMR CD's nor the newest Special have been
returned at all. No one else in the health care field can do this to my
knowledge.

The longer you use it, the more results you get. I've been using it for 7
