If you could find someone who does myofacial release in your area. Sounds like you need to have hip stablelization, your psoas muscles balanced and released, your ql which is lower back muscles, periformis which is in your glutes. Probably much more needs to be released and balanced. Also find someone who does orthopedic bodywork--James Waslaski's technique. Goggle him and you will see him on youtube. Then you need to be taught how to do the subtle stretches to keep these muscles released that have been released.
Ive had similar problems, which ended up with knee pain and plantar pain, tight calves real bad too. All the above helped which I mentioned.
