Hi. I had that also, then read in a book that fats impair the movement of oxygen in our blood, and not enough oxygen gets to the nerves and the result is pain.
I quit eating high fat foods like mayo and cheese, and my pain went away.
I also remember to drink more water. I think that helps the kidneys and, in my imagination, push the fat on through the blood.
