You may well have other issues with the thyroid. The md's really only check the T3 and T4 and if that is ok, or if you are already taking a thryoid med then all is well according to them. But
what most doctors don't consider is that the brain talks to the pituitary, which then talks to the thyroid, and even if there is nothing wrong with the thryoid, if this conversation can't happen
correctly, then you will still have a problem with the thyoid working correctly. You could have something going on in the brain or in the pituitary, perhaps toxins, or parasites, or whatever.
So you have to find the cause and fix it. If you have someone you know who does muscle testing, they can most likely test your brain - the thalamus and hypothalamus, and the pituitary to see
if they are working correctly, and if the thyroid is working correctly. If not, have them ask what the problem might be - toxins or parasites, and then which herbs you might need to fix the problem.

Have you tried iosol iodine with your supplements? I have a thyroid problem and even though my meds are supposedly adjusted to where they were supposed to be, I kept gaining weight. I read an article that iosol iodine might help sustain a bad thyroid so I decided to get some. Then my weight gain stopped and I leveled off. I read more and found that some people Iosol Iodine can help prevent or help people lose weight.
So, if there is any thyroid issue or metabolism problem related to iodine deficiency, this might work. I also have polycystic ovarian syndrom which means that I have metabolism problems associated with hormones.
Life is like a roller coaster. There are ups and downs, but hopefully at the end, you can say you were thrilled.
