More about:
"Magnesium spray (chloride) is essential. helps with detox and most people are deficient in it."

Is there a formula or recipe for this or do you purchase and if so from where?

are you eating fermented foods. sauerkraut, kefir. plain yoghurt all organic.
Make sure that the make is a good quality one with seasalt and no sugar
or sugar substitute. Also what water do you drink. If you drink bottled then
is it in a plastic bottle. No good should be glass.
You can make fermented food yourself lots of sites showing how on youtube.
Keep away from baked goods, biscuits etc with sugars and who knows what in.
And are you regular. If not epsom salts(magnesium sulfate) just a teaspoon in
a glass of water or less maybe start on half a teaspoon. See how you get on.
Magnesium spray (chloride) is essential. helps with detox and most people are deficient in it.
Soon you'll be feeling like a new person.
Good luck

Subject: [AlternativeAnswers] The Fungus Link to Diabetes

Hello, everyone. I just started reading this book about fungus and diabetes. So, I am trying to follow the diet, and am taking supplements to kill the yeast. However, I am having pretty horrible dieoff symptoms. Mostly I am very irritable, craving carbs, tired and have blisters on my body(which may be unrelated). Has anyone read this book and if so, what do you think? And does anyone have any suggestions to get through what I'm assuming is a detox period?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
Vicki
