Start by tapping on the top sides of your feet both outside and inside to clear your body. Next try the "human pendulum" stand straight, feeling feet balanced and weight even to front and back, now close your eyes and say out loud, "show me a yes", watch what happens to your weight on your feet, do you fall forward, go back, go to the side or stay in the middle? Then close your eyes again and ask, "show me a no" then see what that is? And again do "maybe". Now you know, forward "yes," side, "no" middle "maybe" or whatever. Then pick up a supplement and ask the right question, "Is this something that is helpful for my body today?" "Should I take one?" "Should I take two?" Always clear before you begin the "human pendulum" and always ask for your body to show you a yes or a no, as the way your body will move can change.
If you want to be discreet you can also do this with your eyes, for me my eyes go up and to the left for a yes, and down and to the right for a no. Close eyes and sense which direction your eyes go.
