[AlternativeAnswers] Recipe: Detox Bath for Skin Rash

Yes you are going through detox. I was reading about the Doctor who
wrote the Wheatbelly book. Telling people not to eat grains and gluten foods.
The doctor in Wheat Belly replaces wheat and other flours with ingredients
like coconut flour, ground flaxseed and almond flour because these are
nutritious foods. Many on this diet got rid of there illnesses including
diabetes and lost weight.

You could try a detox bath given to me by a massuesse and medical
intuitive. This detox bath got rid of my skin rash and another time my flu.

Detox bath ingredients: 8oz. to 16 oz. of Hydrogen Peroxide, 8oz. to 16
oz. of Epsom Salts, 1/4 cup of Sea Salt. You can add optional ingredients
like ginger, lime or a oil essense of lavendar or oregano or eucalyptus.
Soak in the bath water for 20 to 30 minutes.

Hello, everyone. I just started reading this book about fungus and
diabetes. So, I am trying to follow the diet, and am taking supplements to kill
the yeast. However, I am having pretty horrible dieoff symptoms. Mostly
I am very irritable, craving carbs, tired and have blisters on my
body(which may be unrelated). Has anyone read this book and if so, what do you
think? And does anyone have any suggestions to get through what I'm assuming
is a detox period?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
