Bloodletting. Get a lancet, puncture Lung 11, 10 and Large Intestine
1. These are acupuncture points, google them for their locations.
Squeeze out of few drops of blood. When the blood gets a little
brighter, that's enough. It means you've released heat.
Also, get peppermint or some other cooling essential oil. Large
Intestine 4, 11, San Jiao 5, Stomach 9, Ren 17, 22, Du 14 and possibly
Gall Bladder 20.
You might also try colloidal silver.
