[AlternativeAnswers] Floaters and Flashes

 

Hi can anything be tryed to end floaters and flashes that dash or stay in my vision; they do circles ; ziz zags etc across my field of vision and drive me crazy ; the only idea my eye doctor has is hot compress on the forehead ! ?
 
They come and go out the blue and stay about then the slowly go proof then the next round; any ideas on fixing this vision problem ? ?
