Your thoughts have a direct impact on your emotions. Your
emotions determine your well being. Your emotions determine whether you are
happy or unhappy. Your thoughts determine whether you feel good about yourself,
others and the world.
 
The people you think about become the most important people
in your life. The events or things you think about become the most important
events and things in your life. So, if these people, events or things make you
feel unhappy, angry, hateful, worried or agitated, they are negative. If they
make you feel happy, balanced and good, they are positive.  
 
You can control your thoughts. To control your thoughts, you
must assert control over your thoughts and your beliefs. You must adopt open
and positive beliefs. Open and positive beliefs lead to positive thoughts.
Negative and rigid beliefs lead to negative thoughts.
 
You can change your beliefs and thoughts through application
of your conscious will and intent to the task. As you consciously adopt
positive and open beliefs and change your thoughts from negative to positive, you
will feel more positive, balanced and happy.
 
Negative thoughts are thoughts that generate anger, fear,
hate and jealousy. These emotions felt on an on an ongoing basis and related
ongoing thoughts, lead to depression and anxiety. They also will drain your
energy, the energy you need for life and happiness.
 
Positive thoughts are thoughts that make you feel happy and good
about your self, others and the world. They are thoughts that make you feel
balanced and peaceful. To change your thoughts and thought patterns, you must
be mindful of your thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness enables you to monitor
your thoughts and emotions. Then, you must consciously apply your will and
change them from negative to positive.   
 
 Positive thoughts
require open beliefs and an open mind. This requires you to let go of rigid and
narrow beliefs and change them to positive and open. You then use your mind
more for observation and tasks and less about judging and analyzing people. Positive
thinking requires you to forgive self and others and to let go of past wrongs
and the grip of past traumas and injuries. Positive thoughts require you to
adopt positive beliefs about yourself and the world. This may be difficult
especially if your life experiences and authority figures in your life taught
you otherwise. But, there are many ways to look at yourself and others. Begin
to look at "failure" and "injuries" as lessons and nothing more. Then let go of
them. This is important for positive thinking.
 
Rigid beliefs lead to negative thoughts. This is because
rigid beliefs lead to opinion and judgment thoughts. This is especially true
with respect to rigid opinions and beliefs about self and others. Opinion and
judgment thoughts lead to negative emotions because they empower ego and a
feeling of superiority. This ultimately leads to angry and even hateful
thoughts. These thoughts may lead to angry and hateful acts and speech, which
brings in a lot of negativity. So, for positive thoughts and positive thought
patterns, it is essential to open your mind, let go of negative and rigid
beliefs and stop ongoing opinion/judgment thoughts. Become more of an observer
and suspend judgment and opinion to the extent possible.
 
Go with the flow. Avoid clash of wills and conflict. This
leads to negative thoughts and negative thought patterns. Accept others for
what and who they are and what they believe.  Do not try to change them. Your efforts to change others will lead to
negative thoughts. The only person you can change is yourself. So, focus your
efforts on that task.     
 
The conscious mind is affected by subconscious beliefs. So,
for positive thinking and positive thought patterns, it is essential to change your
deeply held beliefs from "negative and rigid" to "positive and
open/flexible."   Likewise, it is essential for you to adopt
positive and kind beliefs about yourself and purge conscious and subconscious
memories of the painful past and past injuries. This will quiet the negative
and critical inner voice and replace it with a kind and positive inner voice.
 
In order to change beliefs and open your mind, do the meditation
and visualization exercises and positive affirmations described below.
 
Positive thinking requires you to open your heart and fill
yourself with unconditional love. This leads to an ongoing feeling of inner
peace and happiness. It is difficult to have positive thoughts when you feel
bad. So, it is important to cultivate ongoing feeling of peace and happiness. These
wonderful feelings you will experience in your heart and torso. This is done by
the meditation and visualization exercises described below.
 
Thoughts that make you feel agitated, angry, afraid, depressed,
hateful or jealous are negative thoughts. If you feel agitated, then change
your thoughts. Otherwise, stop your thoughts altogether and be in the moment.
When you experience life in the moment, you will stop negative thoughts. When
you experience life through your senses and not through your thoughts, you will
be more happy, balanced and peaceful.    
 
Positive thoughts are thoughts that are focused on positive
and productive activities such as work, errands, studies and enjoyable events.
They are thoughts that are focused on loved ones and how to make loved ones
happy. Negative thoughts are often thoughts that are focused on the painful
past, the anxious future or the people who hurt you. These negative thoughts
crowd out thoughts about the positive, kind and loving people in your life and
happy memories.
 
Positive thoughts tend to be focused thoughts. Negative
thoughts tend to be unfocused thoughts. Negative thoughts tend to come from the
side and back of the head. Positive thoughts come from the middle of the
forehead. Thoughts become unfocused and then go negative if we do not control
them. Unfocused thoughts often lead to a negative inner voice. This negative
inner voice is often critical and judgmental toward self and others. 
 
Positive thoughts are focused thoughts related to details,
specifics and processes.  They are not
thoughts about results. They are focused on positive and productive endeavors
and activities – work, hobbies, errands, celebrations, vacations, etc. They are
not thoughts about "what if" scenarios and future possibilities. They are not
thoughts about revenge or getting even.
 
Positive thoughts are focused, centered and balanced
thoughts. They are thoughts focused on the moment and on task. Of course, they
can be focused on plans. But, this focus would be on composing and implementing
plans. This focus would be on the details and specifics of plans. Positive
thinking includes thoughts related to the development and execution of plans
related to work, errands, hobbies, vacations and celebrations.
 
Negative thoughts are ego-oriented thoughts. The
ego-oriented thoughts that are negative are self –oriented thoughts that make
you feel unhappy or bad. These include thoughts in that judge self or others,
thoughts that make you feel like a victim, feel self pity, feel fear or feel
anger or hate. They include thoughts about controlling, hurting or deceiving
others. To be a positive thinker one must elevate soul over ego in governance
of self. Meditation and visualization will help achieve this. This will subdue
ego and at the same time it will subdue negative thoughts, negative thought
patterns and a negative inner voice.        
 
To have positive thoughts, positive thought patterns and a
positive inner voice, you need to assert control of your thoughts through
application of your will. The locus of your will is the middle of your
forehead. The middle of you forehead is the place where you focus your
thoughts. The middle of your forehead is the place where you control your
thoughts.  Focus on the positive and
still the inner voice.
 
Unkind and deceptive acts and speech lead to negative
thoughts. So does hurting, deceiving and slandering others. To achieve positive
thinking, control your words and acts as well as your thoughts. 
 
As mentioned above, what and who you focus on become the
focus of your thoughts. Your thoughts then determine your emotional state. But,
you have the power to control and focus your thoughts. You just need the will
and the tools to make it happen
 
Here are some tools:
 
Distract and
substitute
 
When negative thoughts come in,
distract and substitute. Your mind can only focus on one thing at a time.When it comes to negative thoughts, work with Substitution
and Distraction. Substitution - Substitute positive thoughts and images for
negative ones. Switch to thoughts about or images of positive, happy and loving
people in your life. Alternatively, focus on pets or scenes that make you feel
positive and happy. Distraction – Distract yourself by bringing your mind back
to the moment – i.e., substantive aspects of work, process and details of things
we encounter in the moment. Focus on the moment with full attention and
awareness. Do not analyze or judge. Do not focus on results. Do not focus on
the past or future. Stay in the moment. Observe and focus on details, process
and substance. When in the moment, do not let thoughts take you somewhere else,
whether it is the past, the future or another place. Each time they do,
re-focus on what we are doing and where you are in the moment.  Do not let thoughts rob you of the precious
moments of life.   
 When negative
thoughts come in, do the following when negative thoughts come in: smile, close
your eyes and do some deep breathing exercises. Breathe deeply into your heart
or abdomen and focus only on your breath. Alternatively, stop thinking
altogether. Put your hand over your heart and shift your energy there. Now,
just be in the moment. Fully experience the moment in your body center and your
senses and not in your thoughts. Become an observer. Suspend judgment or
analysis of what you encounter in the moment. Just encounter it.  
 
Distract the negative thoughts with music, prayer and
mantras. Focus on lyrics, prayers and words. By focusing on music prayer and
mantras, your mind will not be able to focus on the negative thoughts. Focus on
others who you encounter with some positive words and conversation, some kind
words and acts.    
 
Instead of thinking about someone who hurt you or someone
you do not like, substitute positive thoughts and images of people or pets you
love, who are happy and make you happy. If you are thinking about a negative
and painful event or place, then substitute images of beautiful places and
happy memories. Smile and hold these positive thoughts and images for awhile.   Alternatively, call a friend or family member
and chat with them. Fully engage with people and pets. Get into nature and
breathe nature deeply into your lungs, smile and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Smile gently. Life is good.  
 
Center, ground and
focus
 
Sit
comfortably. Focus on an object or symbol with your eyes open. Now, close your
eyes and visualize that symbol in the middle of the inner screen in your
forehead. Whenever a thought comes into your head, re-focus more intensely on
the object or symbol.  Negative thoughts
and a negative inner voice come from the back and sides of the head. This
exercise helps you develop focus.
Focus
comes from the middle of your forehead. The middle of your forehead is the seat
of your will and intent. Positive thoughts are focused thoughts. They are
thoughts related to the details of positive things such as errands, work,
studies and process. Through centering, grounding and focus, you can stop the
negative inner voice and negative thoughts, .worried and angry thoughts and critical
and judgmental thoughts about self and others. Through centering, grounding and
focus, you can stop obsessive thoughts and ruminations. Distract and substitute
or go to no thoughts. To do this, we must build up our abilities to be mindful
and our will intent. We can then apply our will and intent to control our
thoughts and to shift from negative to positive. 
For grounding,
sit comfortably with your eyes closed and your feet firmly planted on the
ground. Take off your shoes. Visualize that roots or laser beams shoot out from
your feet and into the earth, going all the way to the center of the earth.
Visualize that they anchor you firmly to the earth. Now, with your eyes closed,
focus your attention on the middle of your forehead and sit straight. Posture
is important. Negative thoughts and a negative inner voice come in when we are
un-focused and slouching. So, when you walk or sit hold yourself erect and
center yourself in the middle of your forehead and in your heart or body
center. .
Visualize
a big white sun where your heart is located. Close your eyes and put your hand
over your heart and shift your consciousness and energy to that spot.
Alternatively, visualize an orb of white light above your head and below your
feet and visualize that a beam of white light shoots out from the orbs and the
light beams meet at the center of your body.  With respect to centering in the middle of your forehead, put your
fingers on your forehead and shift your energy and consciousness there. Center
and focus. To fortify your ability to center and focus, do directed or seed
mediation set forth above.
Negative
thoughts and a negative inner voice come from the sides and back of the head.
Therefore, centering your energy and consciousness in the middle of your
forehead is important to still the negative thoughts and negative inner voice.
Be mindful of negative thoughts and a negative inner voice. When they come,
switch to positive thoughts and images, positive affirmations, deep breathing
exercises, centering yourself and staying focused in the moment. Live in the
moment and your senses and not in your thoughts. Thoughts tend to always go
negative when we live in them. Stop angry thoughts about the painful past or
worried thoughts about the future especially. Just Be.
Positive affirmations, higher self and inner
child meditation/visualizations
Negative
thoughts come from rigid, narrow and negative beliefs. These beliefs lead to
negative thoughts and emotions. They lead to agitation and conflict, because we
live in a world of infinite possibilities and explanations. So, negative and
rigid beliefs lead us to take hard positions, which often conflict with reality
and the opinions of others.
Positive
thoughts come from positive beliefs and an open mind and heart. A positive
inner voice will come when you cultivate inner peace, kindness, patience and
happiness. Positive thinking requires us to love and honor ourselves and others
and be kind to ourselves and others. This requires us to get rid of the judgmental
and critical inner voice.
To
cultivate a kind and positive inner voice, we need to stop beating ourselves up
about the past. We need to let go of the painful past. The past is over and
cannot be changed. To cultivate a kind and positive inner voice, we can change
the future by changing ourselves in the now. This requires us to forgive
ourselves and others for the past and let go of and detach from the past. We do
this so we can move forward in a positive and happy state of mind.
An
important aspect of positive thinking is to develop positive beliefs about
ourselves. Positive affirmations are an essential way to do this. Positive
affirmations include the words "I am" and an adjective. For example, we say
over and over to ourselves "I am happy, peaceful and serene. I am love, loved
and lovable. I am perfect just the way I am." There are many other positive
affirmations.  See YouTube for positive

Higher
self and inner child visualization and meditation exercises will help build up
your inner power, self confidence, self esteem and happiness.  This is important to do to achieve a positive
inner voice.
To do
this, you must connect and integrate with your higher self (i.e., your soul)
and inner child. Your higher self/soul is all loving, happy, holy and peaceful.
Your inner child is full of happiness, wonder, energy and fun. When we are
fully connected to and integrated with our higher self and inner child, we feel
happy, peaceful, complete and confident. We have high self esteem, a lot of
energy and we enjoy life.
In
meditation, visualize a pure white angel that looks just like you (but is
happy, peaceful and full of love and white light). See an energy cord connect
you to that angel from your heart. Visualize that angel (your higher self) now
merge with you. Visualize you as a child playing and having fun. See an energy
cord connect you to that child from your heart. Visualize that child (your
inner child) now merge with you. Visualize that you hug that child and tell him
or her that he or she is safe and to just have fun. Take a pillow and visualize
that pillow is you as a child and hug it. Tell the inner child you love him or
her. Now, become the loving inner parent to our inner child.  Indulge your inner child everyday by allowing
yourself to have fun and do things that make you happy.
Heart-melt exercise
Negative
thoughts, negative thought patters and a negative inner voice come from past
traumas and stress that we hold onto. Traumas and stress often cause a hard
energetic shell to form around the heart (or heart chakra). This is done to
protect us from ongoing emotional injury in a "cruel world." This then empowers
our ego to govern self, leading to negativity. For positive thinking, we must
melt this hard energetic shell around the heart. In meditation, close your eyes
and visualize a hard gray shell around your heart. Visualize a white light orb
above or in front of you. Visualize that this white light orb shoots out laser
beams that blast the hard gray shell around your heart. Visualize the hard
shell melt and your heart become pink, open, soft and vital. 
Now do some white light meditation
to restore your connection with soul and spirit. Sit comfortably or lie down.
Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Get relaxed. Visualize a bright white
sun where your heart is and later visualize this bright white sun in front of
you.  Visualize that this bright white
sun radiates bright white light in your entire body and head. Visualize that
the white light fills up your entire body and head and creates an intact white
aura all around you.
 
Clasp your hands together and
visualize this white light goes out three to six inches to a foot from you. Now
hold the visualized white light there with the intention of raising your
vibrations. Visualized white light cleanses and heals the energy body and
raises one's vibrations.  Take a few
seconds each day to visualize that you are filled up with white light and that
an intact shell of white light surrounds you. This will help protect you from negative
energy.
 
Over time, these exercises will
work to connect you with soul and spirit. This will enable you to cultivate an
ongoing feeling of love/peace, happiness and joy. This state of being will
automatically cause your ego to be subordinated to your soul in governance of
self. The result will be more positive thoughts. You will then substitute inner
power, high self confidence and high self esteem for ego.  
 
Meditation/visualizations to get rid of
negativity:
Negative thoughts, negative
thought patters and a negative inner voice often come from negative energy that
is stored in us at the cellular level. This stored negative energy often comes
from stress and trauma from the past, especially from childhood. We hold onto
these negative and painful events at the cellular level, in the subconscious
mind. They are often responsible for changing our beliefs from (a) fluid, open
and positive to (b) negative and rigid. Because of traumas and stress
(especially childhood ones), we harden our hearts and believe the world is a
dangerous place. Our ego and ego-centric thoughts step up to protect us.
Instead, they only bring us negativity and unhappiness.
 
So, we must burn off the negative
energy that holds these painful memories at the cellular level and in the subconscious
mind. A good way to do this is to raise your body's vibrations through the
violet flame exercise. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes and focus on your
breath. Get relaxed. Hold your hands open in a position of receiving from the
Universe. Visualize a violet flame in front of you, like a campfire flame.
Invite that flame into your body and feel it fill your body up from your belly
to your throat. Feel it raise your vibrations as it burns off low vibration
negative energy in you. Put citrine (high vibration crystal) over your heart or
hold citrine in your left hand when you do this exercise. Citrine will help
raise your vibrations. This will help burn off subconscious memories. So, you
do not even have to bring these memories to the surface to get rid of their
negative effect on you.
 
Here is an exercise to get rid of
stored anger, fear, anxiety and painful and negative memories: Visualize the
image of the painful event from the past or the image that worries you about
the future. Close your eyes and visualize this image in a glass ball that
hovers a few feet in front of you. Put your hands on this visualized ball and
push it with force deep into the ground. Hear and feel the energy cords that
attach you to the image snap and fall away. Do this over and over until the
image no longer has an energetic grip on you and all related anger and fear
melt away. As you push the ball deep into the ground say the following to
yourself: "Into the ground, into the core go away, melt away, gone. Visualize a
bright white sun where your heart is and later visualize this bright white sun
in front of you.  Visualize that this
bright white sun radiates bright white light in your entire body and head.
Visualize that the white light fills up your entire body and head and creates
an intact white aura all around you.
 
Clasp your hands together and
visualize that your heart is a sun of white light. Visualize that you send
white light from your heart through your body Visualize that this white light
goes out three to six inches to a foot from you. Now hold the visualized white
light there with the intention of raising your vibrations. Visualized white
light cleanses and heals the energy body and raises one's vibrations. This will
help burn off stored negative energy.  
 
Alpha, beta, delta
and theta brain wave entrainment
 
These exercises can be found on YouTube. They provide sound
therapy that will help bring brain waves and brain chemistry back to
normal.  This will help when it comes to
positive thinking.
 
Cutting energy cords
 
The ego spins out energy attachments to people, things,
substances and beliefs to fill a void. These energy attachments lead to
unbalanced thoughts, obsessions, ruminations, lusts and addictions. As we build
up the white light within and connect and integrate with higher self and inner
child, the void disappears and we will not spin out these energy cords very
much.  In order to substantially reduce
ruminations and obsessions and establish balance, it is important to cut energy
cords. Energy cords should be cut with anyone or anything you have obsessive
and ruminating thoughts about or ongoing negative thoughts about. This will
help you achieve positive thinking and maintain inner peace, happiness and
balance.  So, to cut energy cords, do the
following: Sit down and close your eyes. Visualize the energy cords that attach
you to people, things, substances, ideas and beliefs that cause unbalanced or
obsessive thoughts and addictions. Visualize them as cords connected to your
heart and torso. With your weak hand visualize that you grab the cords. Then
with your strong hand visualize that you cut them and sever them from you with
a visualized knife or scissors.  Visualize that the energy cords fall away.

10-plus Recommendations for Staying Healthy in Chaotic Times

While the basic 10 recommendations are still valid for right now and for
the future in order to stay healthy, some extra elements have come up
that will also asists one to remian 'healthier' than most in these times
of turbulent energetic changes.

Here are the original 10 from more than a year ago. The new additions

Guidance has 10 recommendations to help pretty much all the people in
the chaotic times we are now experiencing, and the worse ones to come.
It is recommended that more research as to how the individual reacts to
each one of these and how they should use them as part of their own
regimen of health.

Not knowing specifically yet what diseases, viruses, health-challenges
each of us shall face individually or as a species during the coming
years, the Spiritual Hierarchy are offering these not simply as dietary
additions, but rather to be taken seriously as foods and methods that
WILL come in handy in fighting off specific medical challenges now and
in the very near future. Many seem specifically addressed at the ongoing
effects of the chemtrails and viruses being touted as the 'flu'.

· California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica)

California Poppy is a relative of Opium poppy but contains no opiate
alkaloids, and is not addictive. It has been used to help calm nerves,
aid insomnia, reduce anxiety and relieve pain. It is considered to be an
anti-anxiety sedative and has been shown to positively affect attention
deficit disorder. It can be smoked or used in a tea and has a mild
relaxing and sedative effect.

Part Used: Dried aerial parts. Constituents: Alkaloids; flavone
glycosides. Actions: Nervine, hypnotic, anti-spasmodic, anodyne.

Indications: Californian Poppy has the reputation of being a
non-addictive alternative to the Opium Poppy, though it is less
powerful. It has been used as a sedative and hypnotic for children,
where there is over-excitability and sleeplessness. It can be used
wherever an anti-spasmodic remedy is required.

Preparations & Dosage: Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water onto l-2
teaspoonfuls of the dried herb and leave to infuse for l0 minutes. A cup
should be drunk at night to promote restful sleep. Tincture: take l-4 ml
of the tincture at night.

· Pure Tahitian vanilla (used to be available at Trader Joe's
inexpensively)

Traditional uses of vanilla have included its use as an aphrodisiac,
carminative, antipyretic, and stimulant. Very little research has been
done on its health properties, however, Guidance recommends that its use
will be mainly as an antipyretic.

Antipyretics are drugs that prevent or reduce fever by lowering the body
temperature from a raised state. However, they will not affect the
normal body temperature if one does not have fever.

Antipyretics cause the hypothalamus to override an interleukin-induced
increase in temperature. The body will then work to lower the
temperature and the result is a reduction in fever.

Most are also used for other purposes. For example, the most common
antipyretics in the United States are aspirin and acetaminophen, which
are used primarily as pain relievers.

Remembering that my mother used to clean out the fridge etc with
vanilla, further research suggests vanilla's ability to deal with all
types of fungal infections, particularly in the nostrils and other
sensitive parts of the body.

· Taro root, also known as "dasheen", "eddo" and "kalo" (now widely
available in US supermarkets or by special ordering). Warning: Always
cook it before using.

Taro root is cultivated in many areas of the world including West
Africa, Asia, Central America, South America and the Caribbean and
Polynesian islands. A staple among many of the people who reside in
these geographic regions, taro root is most well-known as the ingredient
of the
Hawaiian dish "poi", which is made from steaming or boiling the taro
root then mashing it into a paste. Because of the taro root's popularity
with the early civilizations that inhabited Hawaii, more than 350
varieties of taro root were previously grown on the islands. However,
today that number has dwindled down to seven to twelve varieties.

Taro root is a starchy tuber vegetable that looks like, and can be used
similar to, a potato. It does, however, have a hairy outer coating on
its surface that is similar to the coating on a coconut. Because of
this, when preparing to use a taro root, the root's outer skin must
first be removed. This procedure is easy to do. However, some
individual's can acquire a skin irritation towards the juices that are
secreted by the taro root as its skin is being removed. Therefore, to be
on the safe side, when peeling a taro root's skin, use protective rubber
gloves. Additionally, because taro root can be toxic in its raw state,
always cook it before using.

A taro root can be grown on both dry and wet land, as in a bog. The type
of taro root that is used to grow in wet lands can also grow on dry
land. This is not the case, however, with the type of taro root that is
cultivated to grow specifically on dry land. This dry land taro root
typically has a dark purple skin and white roots. Additionally, it
contains a moist flesh inside. Although
taro roots are grown year round, they are typically harvested in the

Taro roots can be used as an alternative to potatoes. They do, however,
have somewhat of a nut-like flavor when cooked. Common uses for taro
roots include frying, baking, roasting, boiling, or steaming them as an
accompaniment to meat dishes. They are also often used in soups or
stews. Additionally, vegetarians have found the cooked taro root to be a
delicious addition to meals such as antipasto salads that include
endives, peppers, tomatoes, chicory, and fresh herbs. Another reason
that the taro root has gained in popularity for cooking
purposes is because its starch is easily digestible. Additionally, taro
roots are extremely nutritious as they provide a good source of fiber,
contain a high amount of protein, calcium, and phosphorus, and supply
approximately 95 calories per adult serving.

To determine whether a taro root is suitable for use, make sure that the
root is firm to the touch, and has hairy roots. Once you have selected
your roots, you can store them in your home for up to one week provided
that the roots are stored in a cool and dry location, preferably at
approximately 50ºF. Additionally, when storing taro roots, make sure
that the roots do not dry out.

Besides purchasing taro root in its natural state to use for cooking
purposes, many manufacturers have developed food products that
incorporate the use of taro root as an ingredient. These include the
following: taro chips, which are similar to potato chips, cookies, and
vegetarian taro burgers. All these items are available for immediate
consumption.

IF . . . one finds taro too difficult to deal with one should also take
a look at tapioca root or turnips as a suitable alternative.

· Coconut Milk

Coconut has recently been reported to reduce the viral load of HIV. It
began in September, 1996 when a PWA, Chris D. of Cloverdale, Indiana,
prepaid his funeral, stopped all treatments and supplements and decided
to take his last vacation in the jungles of South America. His HIV viral
load was over 600,000, CD4 count was at ten and CD8 was 300. Around
October 14, 1996, he began eating daily a dish of cooked coconut
prepared by the local Indians. By December 27, 1996, upon returning
home, his viral load was at non-detectable levels and he had gained 32
pounds and was feeling great. He then had a friend who began to eat 1/2
of a cooked coconut each day. In 4 weeks his viral load dropped from
900,000 to 350,000 and in another four weeks after adding Crixivan alone
it became non-detectable. The Indians in Surinam eat cooked coconut
every morning to help prevent illness.

Coconut oil contains lauric acid which is converted by the body into
monolaurin. The action attributed to monolaurin is that of solubilizing
the lipids, in the envelope of the virus, causing the disintegration of
the virus envelope. Mary Enig, MS (Nutritional Sciences), Ph.D., has
done extensive research on trans-fatty acids. She wrote that some of the
pathogens inactivated
by monolaurin include HIV, measles, herpes simplex virus,
cytomegalovirus (CMV), influenza virus and pneumonovirus, as wellas
several bacteria. Lark Lands, Ph.D. reports in her upcoming book
"Positively Well" that, in India, coconut oil is fed to calves to treat
cryptosporidium. Mark Konlee in Positive Health News (Report No. 14)
reports on coconut products and lauric acid research as well as how it
has been reported to resolve neuropathy in a few instances.

Dr. Enig suggests a rich lauric acid diet would contain about 24 grams
of lauric acid daily for the average adult. This is based on her
calculations on the amount of lauric acid found in human mother's milk.
The daily amount (24 grams) could be found in about 3.5 tablespoons of
coconut oil or 10 ounces of pure coconut milk. About 7 ounces of raw
coconut daily would contain 24 grams of lauric acid.

In his report Mark Konlee gives ideas on how to use raw coconut, coconut
milk or oil. If you are allergic to coconuts, you may use coconut oil.
The allergy is caused by proteins in the coconut, not the oil. He also
describes other uses for coconut oil such as for skin rashes, fungal
infections and plantar warts. Abram Hoffer MD in "The Facts About Fats"
recommends using a certified organic coconut oil such as that
distributed by Jarrow Formulas. It is made by Omega Nutrition,
Bellingham, Washington, and is packaged in opaque containers.

protein and calcium levels than cow's milk, not to mention lower

· A natural pH balancer –

The Key to Great Health

If the body's pH becomes acidic, it becomes harder and harder for the
body to uptake other nutrients, such as minerals, vita-mins or herbs.
The key is to establish the proper acid/alkaline balance of your body.*
An acidic pH creates a hostile internal environment, like a raging
storm, making the body struggle to get the nutrients it needs. The more
acid you become, the worse you will most likely feel.

· Irish Moss

Irish Moss is also known by the names Pearl Moss and Carrageenan. This
plant is found on the Atlantic coast of both Europe and North America.
Irish Moss is a seaweed that was used by the Irish during the famine of
the 19th century. During the potato famine of 19th century Ireland,
Irish moss saved thousands of people from starvation. It was once used
as a mattress stuffing, as cattle feed, and as a thickener for colored
inks used in printing. The entire plant has been used medicinally.
Traditionally, use of Irish Moss was in respiratory illnesses where it
was often the core of prescriptions to treat irritating coughs,
bronchitis, and many other lung problems. It has been used in digestive
conditions where a demulcent is called for, such as gastritis,
ulceration of the stomach, and duodenum. This herb's soothing activity
has also been useful for inflammations of the urinary system. It has
also been used as a food in maintenance diets for diabetes patients. The
primary role of this herb was in speeding recuperation from debilitating
illness, especially tuberculosis & pneumonia.

Herbs such as Irish Moss and other tonic nutritive remedies have much to
offer in facilitating proper recovery of health. The primary chemical
constituents of Irish Moss include protein, polysaccharides, iodine,
bromine, mucilage, carrageenans, beta carotene, and vitamin B-1. The
extract of this plant consists of sulphated, straight chain galactans.
Of these, there are two different types: a gelling fraction known as
k-carrageenan, and a non-gelling fraction known as
l-carrageenan. They are both composed of o-galactose and
3,6-anhydrogalactose residues with a high proportion of sulphate esters,
but are differentiated by the relative proportions and the number, type
and position of the sulphate esters. There is a variety of grades of
different molecular weight, including a food grade which has a molecular
weight of about 100,000 to 500,000.

Recent animal research has shown Irish Moss to exhibit an anti-viral
property against influenza B and the mumps viruses. This research
supports the traditional use of Irish Moss in such conditions. Studies
have also confirmed the herb's value in treating ulcers, and to use it
as an anti-coagulant. The mucilage present in Irish Moss is used in
large quantities by the food industry to make jellies and as a smooth
binder (adds texture and stability to ice cream, whipped cream,
puddings, soups, and salad dressings). It has also been used as a
thickening agent in cosmetics, and used in lotions as a skin softener
and to prevent premature wrinkling.

Take two (2) capsules, two (2) times each day with water at mealtimes.

Warning: Because Irish Moss has some blood thinning properties, people
taking anti-coagulating medications should avoid using this product.
Long-term use, however, can decrease stomach acid and thus interfere
with digestion.

Irish moss also contains many vitamins and trace minerals, including
iodine, bromine, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese,
phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc, pectin, B vitamins and vitamin
C. It contains antiviral and antibacterial factors. Thus, those
recovering from operations or illness will find it beneficial during
recuperation. The

Typical preparations come as tea, tincture or tablets made from the

· Apple pectin

Apple pectin helps remove radiation from the system it is available in
bottles at most health food stores, flavored or unflavored. If one
wishes simply to consume a lot of apples or raw, unfiltered apple juice,
these are also viable alternatives.

Apple Pectin is a source of water soluble fiber which has a gel-forming
effect when mixed with water. As a dietary fiber, Apple Pectin is
helpful in maintaining good digestive health. Pectin is defined as any
of a group of white, amorphous, complex carbohydrates that occurs in
ripe fruits and certain vegetables. Fruits rich in Pectin are the peach,
apple, currant, and plum.
Protopectin, present in unripe fruits, is converted to Pectin as the
fruit ripens. Pectin forms a colloidal solution in water and gels on
cooling. When fruits are cooked with the correct amount of sugar, and
when the acidity is optimum and the amount of Pectin present is
sufficient, jams and jellies can be made. In overripe fruits, the Pectin
becomes pectic acid, which does not form
jelly with sugar solutions. An indigestible, soluble fiber, Pectin is a
general intestinal regulator that is used in many medicinal
preparations, especially as an anti-diarrhea agent. Our ancestors
believed that old proverb "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Today,
nutritional scientists research for evidences that verify how Apples are
good for our health. Apples are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber, which
is effective in lowering cholesterol levels. Apples work in any form
(raw fruit or powder or juice) to maintain good cardiovascular health.
Researchers at the University of California, Davis, found that Apple
Pectin acts as an antioxidant against the damaging portion of
cholesterol in the blood stream. Many researchers suggest that people
who eat fatty foods should, if possible, wash down this food with apple
juice rather than the usual drink.

Researchers have found that raw Apples are the richest of fruits in
pectin, with the Jonagold variety of Apple leading other varieties. A
diet of low fiber, high fat, and animal protein appears to be the
leading cause of death in many people. It has been established that a
diet rich in Apple Pectin can protect against these diseases. Research
in Japan has found that Apple Pectin can also decrease the chances of
colon cancer. Apple Pectin helps maintain intestinal balance by
cleansing the intestinal tract with its soluble and insoluble fibers.
Apple Pectin tends to increase acidity in the large intestines, and is
advocated for those suffering from ulcer or colitis, and for regulating
blood pressure. Pectin is also effective in causing regressions in, and
preventing, gallstones. There is also evidence that the regular use of
Apple Pectin may lessen the severity of diabetes. Along these lines, it
has been suggested that fiber-depleted diets actually help cause
diabetes mellitus. Other studies have shown that the regular consumption
of Apple Pectin could lead to permanent reductions in insulin
requirements (to prevent the possibility of insulin overdose, diabetics
should make their physician aware of the dietary change).

· H2O2 Hydrogen Peroxide ( H2O2 ) Therapy

Hydrogen peroxide therapy, as well as other oxygen-based treatments, is
rapidly gaining in popularity within the alternative medicine community.
Mounting evidence suggests that H2O2 properly utilized holistically
effects the body; it acts as a catalyst for various needed body
processes as well as directly reducing anaerobic bacterial infections.
H2O2 oxidizes body waste products and diseased tissue. It has been shown
to dissolve calcium and cholesterol deposits
in the body, and it stimulates peroxidase production. Oxygen content in
the blood and tissues increases with oral and IV use, and hydrogen
peroxide stimulates the body's enzyme systems as well. Even so, the
effects of hydrogen peroxide in the body are wide, varied and still not
completely understood.

One of the greatest benefits of using Hydrogen Peroxide for therapy is
that it falls in the natural treatments category. H2O2 breaks down as
H2O (water) + O-, completely nontoxic. Hydrogen Peroxide is not a
foreign agent introduced into the body. In fact, H2O2 is produced within
the
body in cellular and other key metabolic reactions.

The greatest concern with use is the powerful oxidation which results in
the explosive liberation of the extra oxygen molecule. This effect can
be safely managed by varying the H2O2 concentration in any solution
used. However, not everyone is in agreement that hydrogen peroxide
therapy is safe, even when the H2O2 is used small amounts, when used
orally. Opponents of hydrogen peroxide therapy claim that usage results
in organ and tissue damage. They believe that using H2O2 increases any
and all conditions associated with free radicals in the body. Delving
into this subject, at present, is outside the scope of our work. If one
is unfamiliar with H2O2 use, then the best suggestion is to research
both sides of the issue thoroughly before using it internally.

For internal use, a USP "food grade" 35% hydrogen peroxide is
recommended, although ALL caution MUST be used when handling H2O2 in
concentrations above 11% ( a link to an affordable source is available
on the colloidal silver products page ). For external use, a standard 3%
store purchased solution is fine, and in reality there is no direct
evidence that the commonly sold 3% solution cannot be used orally.
Please remember that a 35% H2O2 solution is HIGHLY caustic and should be
stored in a safe freezer, clearly labeled and out of the reach of
children.

Contains the only rich natural source of vegetable Vitamin D.
Contains 25 vitamins including Folic Acid, Vitamins A, B12 and D, often

anti-hypercholesterolemic activity, as has B-Sitosterol in humans.

Seawater and human blood are almost identical in chemical constituency.
No fewer than 92 different mineral elements have been found in seaweeds,
including some elements which we require only in trace amounts, but
whose presence is nonetheless vital to our complete well-being. Seaweeds
contain many times more minerals than land grown plants, as much as 50
times more according to Dr W Black. (Black W, Proc Nutr Soc (Eng), 32,
1953) Since that was more than half a century ago, it is to expected
that a land-grown plants are even less nutritious
now.

Addendum:

Also one of the myths of health is that everybody should be and would be
healthier as a vegetarian. This is not now true but will be increasingly
true as the vibration of the planet and its people changes. The
following is an excerpt from Mila's channeling on the coming ascension
process included in my article Zero Point Time and the Healing of the
Human Form:

VEGETARIAN INTESTINAL TRACT

Each species that consumes flesh is undergoing a parallel biological
shift into vegetarianism in the coming generations. For the masses of
humans, newborn children will enter the world with this tract in place,
and it is anticipated that the parents of such offspring or those
attending to them will have enough awareness not to feed the child
flesh. Like us, you are probably already experiencing this shift in many
of the young people these days. Too often though we are finding parents
who have bought into the old paradigm of health that says that health
can be generalized –"this is supposed to be good for you . . . This
is supposed to be bad for you . . ." Generalizations never have and
never will work for people's health. As soon as I mention something is
good or bad for a client, the very next client has exactly the opposite
situation true. This attitude would only cause the child to enter the
paradigm of destruction again, as the act of eating flesh causes the
thought-form of destruction to remain in any ascending field.

Our human Anunnaki predecessors ate of the blood of their slaves and the
flesh of certain crustaceans in the ocean to sustain their embodiments
up to 18,000 years in life span; and in so doing, fell into consumption
thought-form. Although hinted at in Sitchin's work, the meat vs grain
diet of the Annunaki shows up most prominently in the story of Cain and
Abel. Slaughter through consumption leads to war; it also leads to
disease. Disease became prevalent as an energetic war between the
Annunaki and other alien races raged causing the Earth's grid work to
move outside of her form, debilitating her embodiment---in so doing the
grid work of the slaves (their Higher Self) also moved outside of the
etheric form and into machinery that has been called "Disease
Machinery".

Our Higher Self, for most of us, is not in our bodies right now where it
was always carried in our higher dimensional forms unless we have, along
with the planet, already made the 5th dimensional transition of the
ascension process - and soemtimes not even then. The machinery caused
disease and a shorter lifespan for all slaves to become the norm. The
Higher Self of many people is still trapped in the magnetic grid of the
planet and the two are inextricably aligned.
So the healing of one and the freeing of one will mean the potential
freeing of many. This is why the New World Order sought to control most
of the grid system of the planet. It also has much to do with OK City
and the destruction of the twin WTC towers. Oklahoma, and in particular
the Murrah Building Memorial Site lies on the Heart Chakra meridian of
the North American continent. By controlling that site with the
energy-harnessing Memorial that had been built there, those in power
were once able to also harness the heart-energy of all those in every
part of the continent. Indeed, the war that still rages between Humanity
and the New World Order is all about Heart vs. Mind, the male patriarchy
vs the female-led new paradigm. Control of the female heart aspect of
Creation allows the darkside to control all the Creative processes. Much
of the work we as Lightworkers have to do is to connect people up to
their Higher Self while helping them release all those old thought-forms
and emotional patterns which keep their Higher Self enslaved or trapped
in this magnetic grid. The biggest problem here is that so many
Lightworkers who have come here to help have bought into these
thought-forms and emotional patterns and become stuck here. Think of
someone trying to help a drowning or sinking person in the ocean or in
quicksand also becoming trapped and going down with the intended
rescuee.
Be careful lest the rescuer also become the victim.

It was not until the nuclear war on Earth created by the Annunaki, which
included the destruction of such cities as the biblical Sodom and
Gomorrah, that humans remaining upon the surface of the earth turned to
slaughter and consumption of the animal kingdoms in order to survive.
This has occurred twice in your human history. Over time and as the
vegetation restored itself, the red race humans(Atlanteans and former
Atlanteans) reverted to a vegetarian diet again ceasing to eat flesh.
However, the white race related to the Annunaki and their slave
populations continued to eat flesh from this point forward (30,000 years
ago). Furthermore after the fall of Atlantis some 10,000 years ago (the
Biblical Flood as explained in my book), all humans fell so low in
consciousness and became so mechanical that all of humanity has retained
it's meat-eating and consumption based habits ever since. It is only as
one understands nature that ascending humans will build a bridge towards
working in unity with all kingdoms upon earth. At this time and in the
next 4-5 years, consumption karma shall be released by Earth upon a
global scale. As this occurs, the false intervention and souls that have
used consumption-based tactics to pull apart earth's field, grid work,
libraries and moving energy systems apart into many falls in
consciousness will cease to have any affect. To paraphrase Captain
Picard on Star Trek, if we can make it so. One can understand in this
that it is thought-form that causes any experience; transcend the
thought-form and the experience changes. It is exactly the same with
viruses that are, to best describe them, simply alien thought forms. For
it is thought-form that calls the experience into one's dance of life.

consumption-based thought-form, earth will cease to be consumed. In so
doing, she shall exit the dance of unconscious harm that has plagued
her, particularly over the past 50,000 years of global history.
