Everyones body reacts differently with allergies and healing. You have to

allergies include wheat , corn, peanuts, dairy, added food chemicals and wheat or

Vitamin B-5 or Pantothenic acid brings often great relief to the hay fever

symptoms include: ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, fenugreek, chili, cayenne,
and horseradish- all of which have decongestant and expectorant qualities.

Gingko biloba is one of the best herbs for allergies like asthma and other
respiratory allergies. The leaves of gingko biloba contain vital
properties which help in activating platelets in the body which in turn help in
fighting allergies like asthma. It also contains natural antihistamines and
anti-inflammatory chemicals which are very effective in fighting various
allergies.

Clinical studies on Maitake have shown extraordinary effects on illnesses
like cancer. This Maitake herb boosts your immune system and helps the body
fight off infections, diseases and allergies.

Calcium and Magnesium are important nutrients for the allergy sufferer.
They help to relax an overreactive nervous system. While symptoms are acute,
take a supplement containing 750 to 1,000 milligrams of calcium and 500
milligrams of magnesium twice a day. Then take the same dosage once a day for
two months. Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses provides a range of nutrients
and increased energy. It is rich in iron, calcium and potassium, along with
magnesium and manganese.

Turmeric is an East Indian herb with natural anti- inflammatory
properties. It is an excellent remedy for those who suffer from fatigue coupled with
allergies. Take 500 milligrams three times daily. Or half a tsp. to 1 tsp.
in warm milk 3 times a day. Turmeric works better if you take it with a
little fat so you can use organic milk, or virgin Coconut oil or Cold-pressed
Olive oil. if you do not like the taste add juice. Some people said it
cleared up there acne.

Garlic -There have been numerous studies that have shown the healing power
of garlic for all types of maladies. In fact, garlic is so powerful that
it can help to cut the risk of heart attack and lower cholesterol. When it
comes to home remedies for allergies, garlic can be quite useful as well.
Because it has antimicrobial power, it can help to fight against respiratory
and sinus symptoms from allergies.
Nettle - Used as a home remedy for allergies. This herb has been used for
hundreds of years as a remedy, and you will find that it can be quite
helpful to fight your allergies. The herb actually has natural antihistamines,
and they can relieve all types of seasonal allergy symptoms.
Some people's allergies are helped by organic Raw Honey or Manuka honey.

is currently being used by physicians across the world for a wide variety
of medical problems. Make sure that the Honey you are ordering has a UMF
rating of at least UMF+10 or more.
Swedish Bitters is used to cure a number of ailments. It is claimed that
it can be used for blood cleansing, insomnia, circulation, allergies,
digestive, candida, liver cleansing and strengthener, and for treating cold and
flu. People have used it to cure chronic metabolic problems and digestive
difficulties. It is very useful for people with problems of blood circulation
and low physical and mental energy. It helps to ease constipation and
regulates the bowel movements
Organic Virgin Coconut oil is good for the immune system, digestive,
heart, dermatitis and supports the thyroid. It strengthens the immune system as
it contains antimicrobial lipids, lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic
acid which have antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties. The human
body converts lauric acid into monolaurin which is claimed to help in
dealing with viruses and bacteria causing diseases. It helps in fighting harmful
bacteria.
Old folk remedy, Apple Cider Vinegar, is extremely helpful in the
prevention and treatment of allergy symptoms. Best is organic, raw, unfiltered
Apple Cider Vinegar with the 'mother'. Mix 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar in
a glass of water, can add 1tsp, of honey, drink it down. Rinse mouth with
plain bottled water, vinegar can be acidic on teeth. If you find the
mixture too strong, use less vinegar, only 1 teaspoon perhaps. Use it 2-3 times a
day. If taken at the onset of symptoms, improvement occurs immediately or
in 1-3 hours. If you don't notice any ease of your hay fever symptoms after
2-3 days, stop taking the remedy. For long term use I recommend 2
teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in 8oz. of pure water and sipping slowly during
the day. If your stomach is sensitive to vinegar add 1/4 tsp baking soda to
Apple Cider Vinegar mixture.
