[AlternativeAnswers] Dots in my feet!!!

 

I am not sure if it is normal to have what i may call dots in my feet. I have taken time seeing them and am worried. I dont know this means but i thought someone could no the cause and probably what i could do about them. They are not swollen or what but just a number of them in my feet and they have different sizes.
Are they just hereditary? Reason that came to my mind is that i realized that my father had them. Recently when my grandfather died, i realized he had them too! Is it something in blood?
I will be glad if someone can tell me about this.
