My story...hmmm where do I begin. I will try to sum it up.
Allergies began in new elementary school at age 7.
5 years of allergy shots began at age 13 to dust mites and mold.
Spiritual seeker at 18 and started studying ACIM.
Daily Antihistamines for more than 10 years.
Awareness of sensitive energies and healing at 25
Started giving professional healing at 27.
Became aware of wheat sensitivity at 27.
1 year of sugar free diet at the age of 28 to eliminate candida.
3 years focusing on protein diet.
Became aware of wheat sensitivity at 27.
Muscle testing at 34.
Elimination diet for 3 years of corn, corn syrup, wheat, and minimum over the counter drugs for allergies.
Full Rolfing series at 35.
Went through a series of Brimhall treatments over a period of 3 years.
With all my hard work finally saw a decrease of allergies by 70%.
Regular Chiropractic and TCM work.
2 years of private therapy work.
Regular detoxing and fasting with the seasons.
Birth of child at 38
regular bouts with stomach viruses at 39.
2 master cleanses and changed to vegetarian, still eating dairy and eggs.
Moved to Costa Rica and discovered severe allergy to mango and poison oak. Detoxified the blood, with homeopathy, herbs, & biofeedback.
Now living in Costa Rica (4 months) with reactivated symptoms especially to dust mites!
Living in a house with AC and little mold.
Yawn...tired from sneezing....any advice is helpful.
