I had a foot injury from running, it was painful. What helped the pain was
natural dark cherry juice. Tart or dark cherry helps inflammation for
gout, muscle, nerve and joint pain. I heard it is also good for the heart. It
contains melatonin and high in antioxidants. It comes in forms of juice,
concentrate and capsules.
