3.kapalbhatti or shining skull breathing

When pregnant they usually warn you not to take herbs or medicines. She

can try Acupressure points for migraine headaches. Usually it is best in a

dark room. Meditation can help with stress related headaches.

friend thats 10 weeks pregnant. She's not really into natural health but I

told her that I would ask around and see if I could find any help for her.

A little history about her. She currently has a 13 month old son and she

started getting migraines when he was 8 months old. She was on the birth

control pill but found out she is pregnant again. She told me her conventional

doctor said its hormonal and very normal. She doesnt beleive its food


Her migraines occur weekly or every other week. She gets an aura before

and pain is mainly on the forehead on both sides and behind the eyes for

several hours. She use to take migraine medicine for it but now she has to

endure it because she is expecting.

Does anyone have any herbal, homeopathic or anything else that you suggest

she try? I would love for something to work for her. I think that some

part of her is open to natural health. She is thankful I'm trying to help her.
