Re: [AlternativeAnswers] Re: Detox through foot soaks....

Okay, sorry to be misleading regarding the "dark specs". There's actually a form that explain what each substance released may be... Dark specs- tobacco, foam- lymphatic, unearthy orange- heavy metals and so forth. I've seen people get different results. If you are uncomfortable using the ionized foot bath know that essential oils carry positive and negative ions as well. Grounding oils have more negative ions and would be a good suggested oil to use on the feet. All tree oils like spruce, birch, rosewood work well. There's also oils high in sesquiterpines like frankinsence that pass the blood brain barrier. They can bee applied to the feet as well. With in 2 min they will be in the blood stream doing there job. Check out Youn Living or any other high quality medicinal grade oil producing company that you trust. Get DHE and other saturated fats like organic butter and coconut oil in the diet. FEE THE BRAIN-- search Brain foods on the web-- I know walnut, blueberries and spinach to name a few. Cilantro is a natural heavy metal chelator. Most recently I've discovered Fulvic Acid-- there's a company that adds it to spring water calling it "black water". Google fulvic with humic acid, looks like fascinating stuff! And it muscle test very high. You can take your child to a naturopath to have Any vaccines that may have been given antidoted and starts using homepathic instead. N.O.T . Neuro organizational technique can help to repair the "switch board" or Central Nervous System. Ginko biloba with bakopa is great for the immune system and the brain.

Wow, I never heard of the other things you mentioned. When you say moderation what exactly does that mean? I was thinking of trying this for my autistic daughter but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea b/c if I move around the metals in her body they can settle somewhere else in her body and cause problems somewhere else. I already give her epsom salts baths for the magnesium. Do you know more about the EO's? Thanks :)

For example black specks is supposed to be tobacco. Like anything else it should be used in moderation. Other ways to cleanse and purify the body is applying essential oils to the feet.. Different oils do different things. Also another foot soak that is inexpensive is Borax 20 Mule Team. In warm water for 10 minutes and then add epsom. Salts to another pan of warm water for another 10minutes. This hekps get out radiation and other environmental toxins and then remineralizing.
