burn fats or melt fats around the belly, promote weight loss, and this
diet plan often termed as belly melt diet plan. According to dieticians,
the intake of 1600 calories in the diet, mainly focusing on certain
food items, such as lean proteins, whole grains, nuts, beans and
especially the foods that contain monounsaturated fatty acids, (short

levels in the blood.

Let us discuss diet review or diet plan or foods to be added in the diet
to reduce the size of belly, in the words of Dietician Expert, Dr
Simran Saini, who is consultant for weight loss management at Fortis
Hospital. As per the experts, the overall intake of foods should not
exceed 1600 calories of energy per day, focusing on the diet that should
include monounsaturated fats with every meal. Foods like Olives, seeds,
almonds, cashew nuts, which are plant based foods that contain MUFA,
which help to melt the belly size, by burning fats.

Diet plan to reduce belly fat works in two phases, the first phase is
called as `Anti Bloat Jumpstart', which is a diet plan for four
days to expel the gas and acidity, which is caused by the intake of
heavy solid foods and the intake of excess fluids. In this diet plan,
one should follow the exact recommended diet that should be taken four
times per day, not exceeding 1200 calories per day, as per the advice
of dieticians.

The second phase of the diet plan to reduce the size of belly is known
as `Four Week eating plan'. This plan allows flexible menu in
the diet, and the consumption of meals in small quantities four times
not exceeding 1600 calories per day. The olives and almonds that
contain monounsaturated fats should be included in the diet. In this
plan, foods enriched with MUFAs are recommended by the nutritionists.
Soya beans, sesames, canola, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pea nuts,
walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, almonds, are some of the food items
which are good source of MUFAs, should be included in this diet plan
along with other foods to ensure weight loss.
