In terms of psyllium, I think flax is better. We need two kinds of fiber,
one for bulking and one to "scrape" the intestinal wall. Flax seeds
(ground) has the right ratio of both, with the added bonus of beneficial
omega 3 fatty acids, whereas psyllium is only a bulking agent.

The senna tea works for me brew it the night before and drink before bed.
